RESILE SUPPORT
A little help,
when you need it.
Get started, understand your readings, and keep your information private.
Start without an account
No login is needed. Connect Apple Health for your own readings, or choose Explore sample readings on the welcome screen to look around. You can also find the sample in Settings. Sample readings are fictional and never added to Apple Health.
No readings yet?
- On your iPhone, open Health → your profile → Apps → Resile. Review the categories you want to share.
- Wear your Apple Watch regularly and allow it to sync with Health. Open Resile on your iPhone and Watch.
- In Resile, open Settings → Health access & missing readings, then refresh.
Daily comparisons need at least 14 earlier days of relevant readings from the same source. Existing history counts. Limited permissions, a new Watch or incomplete recordings can mean there is not enough information for an estimate.
Why does an older result still appear?
Check the timestamp. Apple controls Health sampling and background delivery; readings are not continuous. A saved estimate describes when it was recorded, not necessarily how your body is doing now.
Do I need a Watch?
An Apple Watch provides the full heart-rate and HRV experience. Pause and Journal work without one. Other compatible Health sources may provide supporting information without the beat intervals needed for the full experience.
Contributions and refunds
All features are free. The optional heart button uses an Apple in-app purchase to make a one-time contribution; it is not a subscription and unlocks no feature. Apple handles payment and receipts. If a purchase is awaiting approval, you can keep using the app. For a refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support.
Privacy and deleting information
Read our privacy policy for device storage, Health access and exports. Removing an entry from Journal removes that app record; it does not change Apple Health. Deleting the iPhone app and its companion Watch app removes their local storage. Offloading an app may keep its data. Copies you previously exported remain wherever you saved them.
STILL NEED A HAND?
Contact support
Include your app version, iPhone and Watch models, and a description of the issue. Do not send Health exports or journal screenshots unless you deliberately choose to share them. We do not need your Apple Account password.
