Your records stay on your devices

Health interpretation is calculated on your iPhone. Journal entries, preferences, cached readings and historical comparisons are stored locally. There is no developer account or server receiving Health and journal records.

Change Health access

Review or withdraw access in Health → your profile → Apps → Resile. Withdrawing access can limit future readings. Resile does not write to or delete your original Apple Health records.

Delete local information

Remove individual entries in Journal. Deleting the iPhone app and its companion Watch app removes their local storage; offloading an app may keep its data. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved them.

Share only when you choose

Exports use the system share sheet. You choose the recipient or storage destination. They can contain private Health and journal information, so review them before sharing.
